Extending our hospitality to the world
EN Group, Singapore’s leading Japanese restaurant chain, aims to spread the food and culture of Okinawa and Japan to Singapore and beyond. From fresh seafood to delicious meats, our group is committed to delivering the best cultural experience to our customers by serving premium, authentic Japanese and Okinawan cuisine.
As we enter the Vietnam market, we adopt a three-pronged approach: Singapore standards (upholding the high quality that has defined us for years), authentic Japanese cuisine, and the Saigon spirit (in terms of service and hospitality).

Japanese Cuisine
Japan’s culinary landscape is shaped by centuries of regional traditions, resulting in a cuisine that is diverse, flavorful, and deeply rooted in seasonality. Each season brings an abundance of fresh ingredients, allowing diners to fully savor the rich flavors of seafood, vegetables, and other seasonal specialties. Renowned for its world-class seafood, Japan sources the finest catches from its surrounding oceans.
As a leading Japanese restaurant chain, EN Group takes pride in using the highest quality ingredients from across Japan. Many of our restaurants feature Miyazaki Beef, an award-winning Wagyu that has dominated the prestigious Wagyu Olympics for three consecutive years. Thanks to our direct sourcing channels, we make this exceptional beef—celebrated for its rich marbling and unmatched tenderness—accessible to diners worldwide.
At EN Group Vietnam, we uphold this commitment to excellence by carefully selecting premium ingredients imported directly from Japan. Our gara soup, a slow-simmered, concentrated broth made from chicken meat and bones, enhances the depth of our yuzu ramen. Our tonkotsu broth is meticulously simmered for 10 hours to develop its bold, umami-rich flavor, while our handcrafted Japanese sauces are designed to elevate our grilled specialties.
We also feature premium seafood, including hotate (scallops), kanpachi, and anago (sea eel), ensuring an authentic and refined Japanese dining experience.

Okinawa Food
Surrounded by the ocean, Okinawa is home to a wide range of indigenous fish that provide health benefits, which contribute to the exceptional longevity of its people. EN Group – a Japanese restaurant chain – imports a variety of fresh produce from all over Japan, including Okinawa.
By working closely with farmers in Okinawa, the restaurant brands under the group offer many dishes that are produce-driven. One example is the Okinawan eggs, which are used across several brands. The chickens are fed nutritious feed, and the eggs are UV-sterilized before being air-freighted into Singapore.
In addition to Okinawan eggs, the brands also carry Shiquasa limes, which are aromatic with a scent reminiscent of oranges. They are extremely sour and tart, with an acidic, slightly sweet taste. Shiquasa limes are rich in vitamin C, vitamin B1, and vitamin E. They also contain a compound called nobiletin, a citrus flavonoid that may help reduce symptoms associated with lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and atherosclerosis.
EN Group uses Shiquasa in its drinks menu. Though it’s popular, Okinawan food is still not very popular in Vietnam. EN Group is striving to make sure this unique and excellent cuisine from the island will be known by Vietnamese patrons and diners by our food, standard, and heart of adventure.
